At Vellora Atelier, we take pride in creating meaningful keepsakes and providing a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items that are in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that shipping delays caused by customs or carriers are outside of our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Used products
- Personalized or customized products
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
